Terms of Service

1. Provider and service

QR-TABLES is a service of LA BITE - BULGARIA LTD (VAT/Tax ID BG201571445), referred to below as the "Provider". QR-TABLES is a QR-code ordering system for restaurants, beach bars, and hotels (the "Customer"): guests order from their table through their phone's browser, no app and no account needed, while the Customer's staff receive and manage orders from their own mobile app.

2. Subscription and pricing

The first 3 months after a location is activated are free. After the trial period ends, the subscription is €10 per month per location, regardless of table or order count. Payment between the Provider and the Customer is made by bank transfer; the Provider invoices each period in advance. The Customer's guests pay for their orders in cash, directly to staff — QR-TABLES does not process guest payments.

3. Customer obligations

• keep the menu and prices in the system up to date;
• provide serving staff who monitor and process incoming orders promptly;
• pay the subscription on time per the invoices issued;
• not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.

4. Provider obligations

• keep the service available and functioning, exercising the care of a diligent trader;
• host the Customer's data in the European Union and process it per the Privacy Policy;
• notify the Customer promptly of planned service interruptions.

5. Limitation of liability

The Provider is not liable for lost profits, lost orders, or indirect damages arising from temporary unavailability of the service, third-party actions (internet or hosting providers), or misuse of the service by the Customer or its staff. The Provider's liability is in all cases limited to the subscription fees paid by the Customer over the preceding 3 months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with written notice (email is sufficient) at the end of the current paid period. The Provider may suspend access immediately for non-payment past the due date, or upon an established breach of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law and the law of the European Union. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement, or failing that, by the competent court in Bulgaria.
